Bubbling Paint Behind Fender Badge

Just FYI...

I posted many moons ago how I didn't like how my driver's side fender badge always 'soaked up' the water when I washed my truck and then persisted to drain over a period of about two days...

Well, something has finally happend with this and it's not good...

That fender badge has developed a slight 'bubble' under the paint. It's seemingly between the fender 'metal' and the paint (between the two). The blemish is located immediately at the bottom right side (nearest the cab) and is right below where one of the 'pins' goes into the truck to hold the emblem square.

I took a few pictures of this however; it was nearly impossible to see in the pics.

I guess it's off to the stealership for a new fender with new paint and a new badge.

While I'm there, I'm going to have them repaint the hood as well. I have a stain from where the windshield wiper fluid leaked from the passenger side nozzle and it cannot be removed. I've tried wetsanding the damn thing and it's still there....

Ahhh... warranty work. A royal pain in the ***.
