It's too late now though... since that pic has been taken, they have smoothed out the front yard and actually have it such that they could lay SOD in the next week if they wanted to... Can't mess it up now...

But, as Skagel will chime in, I have a wussy 4X2 just like you. LOL!

Hey, I've taken 4x2's in places where some people wouldn't want to take a 4x4. Of course, I wouldn't want to hit a mud bog at 40+mph with the KR. Still with the limited slip I'd take it down some steep mountain trails as long as their dry and solid. Too bad all we have is sugar sand around these parts.

Yeah, it's only 95 friggen degrees with 80% humidity 6 months out of the year.

But I guess the other 6 months of 70ish beautiful weather is worth it

Depends on where in Fla. North & Central Fla. can REALLY bite in the summer (HOT, HUMID beyond belief, and really SWAMPY smelling) and it rains all winter... but you cant beat the Keys!

But (being from Ohio) I have to sympathize with Skagel, because the winters and a great deal of the summers bite in the good ole' Eastern Midwest...

Then theres Texas, where, around 1980, we had 80 days in a row where the temp was over 100°!! Lakes were down 20+ feet, no watering allowed, foundations cracked, etc. Be glad to trade a little of that for some Michigan snow (once in a while)

Finally got some warm weather, sun and no rain so I am not complaining about it suddenly be hot here.

Hey RP finally found something tha surpasses your KR. The house is looking good. How is everything going with the house? Good luck with it.
