Probably not the same issue but I had my rear glass seal replaced under warranty. Why would this windsheild seal be any different on a King Ranch than that on a standard Super Crew or Super Cab truck. Also there was no mention of cab style and there is a difference between the Super Crew and the Super Cab winsheild angle however the comment was derived from the Super Crew forum but that's not enough to convince me since it's a new member on the other site.

I really doubt that this is a 'recall' per say. My assumption is that there is an active service bulletin however; I seriously doubt it's a recall.

If it is a recall, they would not be able to make it 'King Ranch' specific nor would it only be able to be applied to the 01 as 97-01 used the exact same rear glass design/seal.

Just my two cents but, I hope for numerous folks benefit that I'm wrong.
