I've been ******* my Ford dealer here in Houston on an '04 KR (present ride is an '02 Charcoal Blue which I love). He called Detroit today and they told him it's not in the build line up "yet." I've bought lots of vehicles from him so he's going to keep checking. Anybody have any more current intelligence on this? Thanks.

 

My dealer connection informed me that all boutique versions of the '04 F150 will be delayed. He also informed me that the standard release of the '04 F150 will be late as well due to paint supplier issues or certain colors needed for two tone specials. I don't work for Ford so anything mentioned here is just second hand and should be treated accordingly.

I believe the 'botique' versions are scheduled for 05'. I have a pretty reliable source on that.

 

I'll just take that as another year to enjoy the '02 and let them work out the first year bugs. Thanks for the info.
