King Ranch Expedition?

Am I the only one who would love to have a King Ranch Expedition if they made one?

Was driving to work and saw a eddie bauer Expedition the same color as Tomas and thought how wonderful it would be to have a King Ranch Expedition.

As much as I love my Tomas I just think for my purposes an Expedition just seems more practical.

just thinking.....

Unhappy Ford King Ranch

No, I don't think I would like to see the start of the Ford King Ranch line of vehicles. Can you imagine a King Ranch Crown Victoria, or a King Ranch Ranger, or a King Ranch Mustang? Let the SUV's have Eddie Bauer. They can upgrade any of their vehicles, but I rather enjoy having a unique brand that does not cross over into other vehicle types.

guess I will just have to buy the eddie bauer and King Ranch modify it.

kranch expedition and excursion, that would be totally sweet and really fit in well with the lineup but might hurt lincoln sales some.

You're not the only one who would like to see a King Ranch Expedition. If there was one, it's probably the only vehicle I'd be willing to give up my F-150 for. But since there isn't .....

It'd be way too much competition for the Eddie Bauer and thus, I seriously doubt it'll happen while Ford and Mr. Bauer have contractual agreements...

I have to admit though... it would be VERY sweet.

Oh yeah... way to go Skagel... no caps locks here!

I think it would be a sweet ride. One problem though, kids. Being since the Expi is more of a family ride. I know how my expi looks with the regular leather. It holds up well. I don't think the KR leather would fair well with all the coolaid, juice, and aything else you want to hand your kid on a road trip. Our son isn't allowed to much freedom on the KR

Really though, I think the comment about the edie bauer edition is more likely. Then there's the price tag. I test drove an 03 EB that had a sticker of 43K. A KR edition would probably be around 47K. You can get a Navi for that price. Hmmmm, maybe that's why the blackwood didn't do well. Most that want a luxury Ford truck probably would go for the KR.

Ok, I'm tired and rambling, good night all.

well, I have raised my son to know, understand, and not question the fact that eating in the truck is not and never will be allowd....nor is touching the paint on any vehicle....I was raised in this same fashion and never questioned it.....so for me the leather in the truck is not an issue.....but you are right.....how many moms out there are like me.......very very few....besides myself and my parents......I can't think of any.....even my brother eats in his precious Jetta.

Let's face it. The Lincoln Blackwood was never meant to be used as a pickup. That brushed aluminum siding in the bed wouldn't last any time at all if someone actually put a load back there.
