It's one step closer however; we don't have a definite yes. As all of you know, this thing could be struck down at any waking moment but, at this exact moment, it's looking DAMN GOOD for us!
Again, the boat could sink at any time so DO NOT take off your life jacket ... *YET*.

It seems like there is not going to be any problems with your groups use of the logo however I am still reviewing with the appropriate higher ups. Will get back to you this afternoon if I have heard by then. <snip>

My bud sent me a decal of the logo that Joe made. He works for a signage company and says he did it with a special type of printer, mind you I am not a computer freek so I don't know how, but it looks good. I am going to stick it on the truck in the am. Have to get it out of storage! So, I will wait and see what the final answer is. Looks good so far. Thanks to all those who have done there part so far.

I was really hoping to have heard back from KR on this issue before close of business yesterday but, as you can see, nothing.
I'm going to email my contact again on Monday just to see if she has a status update for us. As you all have read, she seems to think it's going to happen but she wants to run it through the correct channels before giving us a decision.
I'll keep you posted as information becomes available to me.
