Question May need Viagra

Hi all, hope you all had a good holiday. I have seen some of your trucks with the torsion bars crancked up. I would like to do this also. We have 4wd KR. What do I need to do to do this? Is it something most people can do, how does it effect the ride or handling ect. Thanks

Viagra.. LMAO...

Daveman is the guy you need to talk to on this one as I know he's done it. I believe a few others have as well but, having a wussy 4X2, I don't have to worry about doing it. G'luck!

Btw, where is Dave?

LMAO@Rock wussy 4x2.....hehehe you said it not me.

mine are cranked up, but honestly the ride is identicle and you visually really can't tell, but i have an ARE lid so I think it may just make my truck look more balanced.....if Daveman doesn't get back to ya there are plenty of others who can explain the simple process to ya.......I can't explain how to start your truck much less taking a wrench and cranking the bolt toadjust your torsion bars.

Well, actually, truth be known, you were the first one to call my truck wussy... it obviously left deep emotional scars that haven't begun to heal... I've stood at the top of many bridges, shaking and crying thinking about the mean comments you made about my KR... I'm going to jump next time!!

1shot,

Here's a link to a thread over in the Super Crew forum that has another link to a PDF file I created. The PDF file describes the torsion bar adjustment procedure in detail with pictures. Good luck...
