Hello! New to the forum as a poster & account holder

but not as an advice seeker lol. I own a 2005 5.4 3v heavy half ton long box with the 7 lug bolt pattern. She’s part of the Work Truck Group .
she currently sits 230,000 km. She spent her early life on the West Coast of B.C. and now she’s spending her retirement in North Central Alberta. I’ve had her for six years. - Diane Jean

Thanks Bluejay! Honoured to be in the forum. Since I got the truck I’ve gotten to know the 5.4 3v pretty intimately ( scary!) Thanks to this forum & a pretty wicked youtube dude I’ve saved myself needless parts and wasted money.
