New member saying hello

Hello to everyone, I am running a 2006 F150 Lariat.
Just has the right exhaust manifold replaced at the dealer today.
I love this truck.

I have 194,000 on my 06 Super Crew.
Just had an exhaust manifold replaced, now I am replacing one of the cats.
I have owned the truck for 3 1/2 years.
What do you have?
