Hello everyone, I have an 2004 ford f150, 5.4L Larriot, with a 3 valve. I have white smoke coming out of the exhaust pipes. Could this be a manifold gasket torn, and how hard is it to change them out. I found a product at the store in which you mix it with coolant and put it in your radiator, its supposed to seal everything permantly, has anyone used this product and is it recommended???

Thank you Roadie, I was at Walmart yesterday and found a product in which you mix with Coolant and put in your radiator, its supposed to seal the head gaskets, do you recommend this?? Ive heard it works, thinking about trying this??
Generally speaking I try to avoid using products that claim to be a "mechanic in a can"
Some white smoke is normal when it's cold out for basically every car on the road. Cold exhaust system will form condensation internally as the hot exhaust gasses are pushed through it.
Monitor coolant levels very closely and see if it is low in the reservoir and getting lower before you try to fix something that isn't broken
