Smile Greetings from Western NC

Hello, just joined up today. Bought my first f-150 Monday after parting with my '01 Power Stroke F-250 I have owned since new. Looking forward to learning and reading others experiences on here. Spent years over on the diesel forums so now time to try a gas Ford.

I bought a used '06 Super Crew FX4, red with blk interior. Got a smoking deal from the Ford dealer on it since I paid in greenbacks. Truck has some minor issues that I think are common. Burned out console shifter light, map light and odometer light. Already fixed the map and shifter light. Going to tackle the odometer light tomorrow.

Not so common issue is the fog lights do not work. Switch is good, fuse is good, bulbs are good, but no power at plug. I used a Fluke meter and still could not determine if the underhood relay is bad. Going to post over on the electrical section to see if others have had same issue.

Also had a plugged w/s washer nozzle. I took care of that with a sewing needle and air compressor today. Priced some new tires and I thought E range tires were expensive, but man those 20"ers beat the 10 plys in cost.

I enjoyed my time on the power-stroke forums and look forward to time spent on here.
