Fairly new to the F150 life, but enjoying it! I bought a 1993 XL, 4.9, 5 speed off of craigslist a couple of months ago, outside of Atlanta. Well we all hear horror stories about CL and I was a bit concerned as I was meeting the seller at his workplace, before daylight, in an area I had never been. The seller said it was his daily driver but had just bought a new 150. He said that he had just replaced the fuel switch on the dash and that was the problem with it not running right, just before he parked it. I liked the truck right off and it ran good on my short test drive. The price, $1000.00 seemed like a good price so I bought it and haven't looked back. It turned out the problem was the fuel pump in the rear tank, replaced it and a few other things and she runs great, drove it from north Georgia to Florida and never missed a beat. I look forward to bringing her back to life and just wish I had bought one sooner!
