Official Ford Service Out of Office Thread
Hi everyone,
This is where I will post if I'm going to be out of the office for some time. Please do not post any questions or concerns in this thread.

I'm going to be taking a little vacation for the next few days. I'll be heading out this evening and coming back next week. Not to fear, though! My awesome co-worker Crystal is going to check in on my PMs, so if you need anything, she'll help you.

'Twas the night before Christmas and all across the site
Every single person was posting, it was quite the sight.
The PMs were sent to FordService with care
In hopes that St. Crystal would soon be there.
Everyone was refreshing the forum, hoping for a response
But Crystal was sipping eggnog with her uncles and aunts.
Enjoy the visions of sugar plums dancing in your heads
And spend quality time with your family and friends.

On, Fusion! On, Super Duty! On, F-150!
Crystal will return on Friday, but she'd just like to say
May your Christmas be magical and Happy Holidays!

You're in great hands with her, but please be patient as she acclimates herself to the forum. I'll be back in the office on Monday, January 19th. Chat with you then!

I'll be out of the office from March 5th through March 11th to attend my grandmother's funeral. My colleagues, Brittany and Nick, have kindly offered to keep an eye on things here while I'm gone; please be patient with them as they respond to PMs and familiarize themselves with the site. If you need immediate assistance, you can always contact our Customer Relationship Center at 1-800-392-3673. I'll be back in the office on Thursday, March 12th.
