Need advise bad,Got a 2006 F150 4Wd.Runs great on open road,idles good,but every so often, when idling,or parking,it starts shaking,rattling.I've put it on a hand held computer and it says cam shaft sensors.Changed them and still dos same thing.I've had phasers changed 1yr ago.Local mechanics say motor is shot.They say oil journals stopped up.Truck has got 117632 miles on it .Any advise what to do?
