Hello from nky

Hi

Mike from northern kentucky. Just got my new 2013 f150 ecoboost this week and LOVE it. Traded an 08 f250 diesel. So glad to be out of that! Time to accessorize! Spray in bed liner, tonneau cover, tailgate extender , strike treatment.

Anyway proud owner here and glad to be an f150 guy again.

What was wrong with the 250, or what did you not like?

On what was wrong w the f250...lots. I think I inherited someone else's lemon. I bought that used w certified used warranty. Thing was a $$ pit and everything that went wrong wasn't covered under fords certified used warranty....temp sensors, pulleys, hoses going bad, 4x4 not working properly...told dealer that I only had a 1x4 rather than a 4x4. Only 1 wheel would spin in snow. They said it was working fine. Was left stranded on side of road twice and a third time barely made it to Airport for flt because of those sensors. Things went wrong that shouldn't have for the year of the truck. Plus fuel mileage was terrible...12 mpg city 14 highway. Towing a 4000 lb boat I'd only get 8...w diesel at $4 that's not good. Also any work u have done on diesels is about triple a regular.

But that's the past now...love my new truck...big fan of my new dealership. Have a g4 elite tonneau cover on the way now and can't wait to install it.

That certainly does sound horrible! I'm glad it didn't scare you away from Ford haha. Glad you like the new truck a lot better and I hope it continues to be good to you
