I have a 2001 f150 4x4 ext cab.my son replaced all but one plug he could not get to it,would hat cause my truck to idle rough and die when it running it runs great and long as you don't stop any suggestions

Clean or replace the IAC. Also make sure there is no vacuum leak in the hose to the IAC.
