programing after throttle body replacement

hi, i am going to replace the throttle body on my 2005 5.4 and would like to know if there is any programing needed afterwards or is it just plug and go? thanks

Hi & Welcome!

If it's an OEM replacement, it's plug&pray.

Remember to disconnect the battery when doing this sort of work.
