Tuner and performance

I have a 2008 ford f-150. I changed the gearing on the truck to 4:56 gears with 31 inch tires, I also have a Banks Ottomind tuner that I've used to compensate for the tires and gears. The problem is when I use these settings my performance lags and gas mileage goes down. When I go back to the orignal settings there is noticeable difference in performance and gas mileage but of course now my speedometer is way off. Any suggestions thnks

Hi &

Suggestions:

1. Try posting in our forum dedicated specifically fer tuner-type questions - https://www.f150online.com/forums/ch...rogramming-34/

2. Well, since this is the Intro forum - intro yerself - ye be here already!

3. Ah.. the ol' MindlessOtter programmer. well-known POS. Sucketh, as you have by now experienced. Flog it and go SCT

4. Do as ol' Eight-Eight suggests

5. Good luck!
