Hey guys,

I'm getting my license soon, and was wondering, what would be a first good truck? Now since I'm still in high school i don't have the money to buy a brand new f150 but i just want a truck thats reliable and alright on gas, because the last thing i want is a gas guzzler. I don't need a lot of towing capacity and don't really care about how much power it has, because its my first truck. So i was wondering if you guys could help me out a bit!

Welcome! How much will you have to spend on the truck? That will determine what you get. Look for trucks with the reliable 4.6 engine. Also, keep back a little cash for any " fix it's " you want to do, such as wheels, etc.

 

i saw raptor and first truck, clicked the link, then read still in high school, and was like oh jeez.... haha but ya what bluejay said, how much you have to spend will help answer your question
