I just moved out into the midwest (KCMO) and find that I'm always asking someone for help carrying large items or paying for delivery/shipping. (I drive a 2dr coupe.)

So I spent a few days looking online at pickup trucks and seemed to like the Ford F150 and Silverado 1500 the most. I'm still unable to decide but I seem to be leaning more towards the F150 FX4 SuperCab. I'm most likely going to buy sometime in June, but I might just wait and see what the '14 models will look like, if any change since it's only a few months away.

At the moment I won't be towing anything, but possibly next summer I would like to look into grabbing a few jetskis or a speed boat.

What do you guys like most about the F150? What one thing made you pick it over any other model?

 

Welcome! I've had Silverados and F150s. The Ford is better quality and better engineering in my opinion.

I don't believe the 2014 F150 is going to be drastically different from the 2013. I think 2015 is when Ford is scheduling a drastic redesign of the F-150.
