Hey everyone, I'm new here and looking at doing a couple mods to my truck. I just bought a 1999 Ford F150 Standard Cab XL and was wondering if y'all could share some advice or even post some links of things I could do. I'm also thinking about spray painting the interior using Krylon Fusion, I've done it before with my old Chevy Cobalt, and it turned out awesome. Was wondering if anyone has tried that here, and if you would recommend any kind of clear coat? I'm thinking the main color be satin black, with trim/accent of a gloss blue.

 

Welcome to the site! Where are you in Texas? I'm a San Antonio guy. Lots of good information on this forum. Very active. I would suggest browsing the various sections, especially the specific model year forum. See if you can get some ideas. I know plenty of people have used the Krylon Fusion on this site for their plastics. Just run a search on painting dash pieces or interior and you should pull up some threads. And if you could, post a pic of your truck so others may be able to get a visual and help inspire your mods. Good luck!
