Afternoon all!! New to to forum and look fwd to talking with any or all online!

Anyway, here's my situation. I just recently purchased an 09 F150 C-CAB (upgraded from my 04 SCAB). I also purchased the leveling pucks from Hellbent steel for the 09. My 04 had the kit on it too. So, my question is this, does it have to be aligned after I put in the pucks? I only ask becasue I am getting conflicting stories...
