Hello. First time truck owner here. Came across a gem a few weeks back after having looked for quite a while for nothing real specific.

Thanks. As this is my first truck, I'm a noob as to what the best mods are???
Reading on forums, I know that I will probably start with:
new exhaust
K&N filter upgrade
As I like the looks of the stock height, I really dont want to lift it -- I read that going with 33s would give some lift w/out having to redo complete suspenion.
I would love to hear thoughts/ ideas on what people do to "mod" .
