First timer needs TSB advice

I have an 06 F150 Supercrew 5.4, 4X4, 6.5' bed, 130,000 mi. Emissions light is on and I'm getting code P0605-PCM ROM. Had my truck in several times while it was under warranty cause it would miss, hesitate, idle low, completely shut off, and sometimes have no throttle response at all. Dealer usually said no codes were found so the truck was fine. They never re-flashed the PCM. Dealer never said anything about TSB's and the last time I had it in was about 100 miles before the warranty expired. Now, I am still having issues and have just found several TSB's that match my problems. Being that i wasn't made aware of these TSB's while under warranty, does anyone think the dealer can still do these repairs at no cost? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!! Smog is due, and won't pass until i resolve this.

Welcome to this site.

TSB's are of help to the technicians to address your concern. If you had it in the shop for something else, they don't automatically scan and see what TSB's apply to your VIN.
If you did in fact have a concern that has a TSB attached to it and they didn't fix it as per TSB instructions, you'll have a good argument.
Lots of luck getting the dealer to do it for free. Take your copy of the work order/s with you, when you go to discuss this with the service manager.
