Hello from Delaware
Hey guys. My name's Bill and I'm from Bear Delaware. I own a 2011 F150 Lariat Supercrew 4x4. I've owned her for a little over a year now. Back during the summer of 2010 I was searching for my dream F150, but couldn't find it. It was late in the year and all the 2010 left overs just weren't cutting it. After much research on the coming 2011's, I asked the dealer I was working with if he could order my dream F150. He had to do some checking but finally came back with a yes. So, in mid october of 2010, I special ordered a 2011 F150 Supercrew Lariat 4x4, with the 5 1/2' bed in Red Candy Metallic/Adobe two tone, Adobe leather interior with bucket seats and console. I also ordered her with the 6.2, which meant I got the max tow package and ordered the 3.73 limited slip rears. I pretty much ordered everything except for the chrome package, 20" rims which I didn't like, and the bed extender. As dealer add ons, I also added the Rhino lining, a hardshell cap for the bed, skid plates, and DVD headrests. I've since have made alot of mods to the truck, but I'll leave that for the appropriate threads. I look forward to talking with everyone and exchanging ideas!

That's funny you ask
, I was just preparing some photos for the album to back up what I'm about to say. I routinely travel out to my place in West Virginia, usually about every four to six weeks or so. I like to take 301 south into maryland over the bay bridge, then pick up 97 north to rt.100, then pick up rt. I70 west to I68 to Cumberland, Maryland. Then rt 220/50 into Keyser, WV. The trip is about 4 1/2 hours or so, about 265 miles. Elevation ranges from about 60ft or so above sea level here, to about 1,400-1,500 at it's highest point along the way. Average in Keyser is around 1,000-1,200 ft. Having said all that
, traveling at an average speed of 65mph (55 in specific zones and such), I average 19-20 mpg. The best being about 21.5 with the wind, and the worst being 14.5. I seemed to be constantly against the wind that day:o. Sometimes I go 70mph if traffic seems to be on my **s. Around town here, on shrt trips like to post office, store for lotto tickets, I get about 12-14mpg. Short trips where I go 55, sometimes 60mph (like to see my nephew below Dover on rt 1, I can get as high as 22-24mpg. I know tall claims, but I'll be posting some pics of my mileage counter. I'm an ameture photgrapher (for fun), so I'm always carryng my camera. So---- Long trips at 65mph - 20-20.5mpg average. Short/long trips at 55mph - 21-21.5mpg average. Short trips - 13mpg average. Pictures soon to come

Welcome to the Forums Bill
I would think you are wasting some good time going 301 to 97 just to get to 70 and National Highway. Why not just go 95S-695W-70W and 68
That's how we go all the time.
Anywho, looking forward to seeing yur pics. Sounds like a sweet ride
