Howdy

New poster here from TX. I ordered a 2012 XLT on 2/14. It was supposed to have been built on 3/5 and now I am just waiting for it to arrive. ETA is 3/19 but I am really hoping it happens sooner!

This one has an EcoBoost, HD Payload, Max Tow. The primary purpose for upgrading from my present truck (2004 Tundra) is for towing our 26' travel trailer and have plenty of headroom for a downstream upgrade to a larger unit... when I can afford one. Hehe

That truck shoud do it. It will be interesting to see your opinion of the truck after driving a Tundra. My boss just traded his older loaded out Tundra(2006) for a 2012 Platinum EB. He was happy with the Tundra, but loves the new truck.

With the HD, I am anticipating a little rougher ride and my Tundra is a limited so... but, let me tell you, I test drove one with Max Tow only and it was a REALLY nice ride. If mine is even close to that, I will love it.

Tow capacity on the Tundra was 7k lbs... this one is 11.3k lbs. Big difference.

I also ordered a billet grill like in your sig which should dress it up a little and an ARC that's sitting in garage.

Can't wait
