I just bought a 1994 f-150 flareside and the gear selector on the intrument cluster always reads 2nd gear in park and to the right of 1st gear when you are in gear I want to know how to fix it to were it tells the right gear its in. I was trying to take the front part of the dash to get to it but I couldn't figure out how to pop it off the take the instrument cluster off. But I'm not even sure if I even need to take off the front part of the dash and the instrument cluster. Or if I need to go underneath the dash or what I need to do. some body please help me I just need to know were I need to go. To fix the problem
