Hiya...

I know this problem has been discussed on here before, but I just wanted to put my 2 cents in....

I pulled the broken lumbar cable assy off my driver's side seat today and went to the dealer to check out the prices. 67 freakin' bucks for the replacement! The guy said you had to buy the whole assy, not just the cable and **** connection assy.

So I went to my friendly neighborhood bike shop and got a replacement cable. Only problem I've run into is that the bike cables only come with one end attached; I have to jimmy something up for the other end, after I cut it to length.

Total cost, after I unsolder the old end and put it on the new cable, will be under 3 bucks. (Plus the 80 bucks an hour I charge for labor! lol...)
