Just found a strange rip in my seat, up by the head rest. I had no luck so far with my dealer on anything and after 20,00 miles I don't have much expectation of getting a response from them on this. Anyone else have problems with their leather seats?

 

Good news Ford has aggreed to repair the seat. They say it was a defect in manufacturing that placed stress on the materials causing them to rip.

 

I hope you are happy with the seat replacement. I had my passenger side replaced . The seat look great . There was a problem though. The other side didnt match. They agreed to replace the other side to make the replacement work .
