Ok, the paint on the armrest surrounding the window controls on the driver-side of my SCrew has rubbed off a second time. I had it painted about 6 weeks ago, and already the paint has rubbed off.
Has anyone else had this problem? It's something that's covered by my warranty, but I don't want to have to keep bringing my truck back for a full day every 6 weeks! And it hasn't ruined any pants yet, but I have rubbed off paint chips from my leg.
Anybody resolved this problem another way? Anyone's dealer resolved it other than repainting? I don't want it to cost me anything, so other cases would be appreciated. Thanks for the help.

 

Well, because it's the second time the paint's rubbed off, they're ordering a replacement. whooptydoo if you ask me, but at least it'll be clean again for a little while. We'll see how long this one lasts!
