2017 Passenger Floor Wet, Not A/C elated

Hey everyone. The passenger side floor gets wet. I thought it might be the a/c drain tube but its not. It gets wet from rain. I have a vinyl floor but it has ruined the under lament. Turned it to mold. Water lays in the area where the wires run. I had it to two dealerships and both were zero help. Right now I have the passenger seat out and the vinyl floor pulled back, waiting for the next rain. Any thoughts?

Go to a car wash or use a shop vac without the filter to suck up the excess water. Park it with the door open letting the sun shine on it,,, and ,, or,, hang an incandescent<makes heat> light bulb inside the car along with a small fan. After a few days/nights it should be dry. If not, pull up sill plate/kick panel and lift edge of carpet and repeat above.
