How to Change OD On/Off Bulb

I assume my 98 Expedition shifter is just like the ones in my generation of F150s? The bulb is supposed to be on the shifter ****, right? Mine doesn't come on. Anyone know how to change it?

Before assuming that the bulb is the issue, pull the shrouds off the column and inspect the little wiring harness that goes up into the shift lever. They have a habit of breaking due to wear and the poor factory routing and the lack of the lighting of the TCIL is one of the possible symptoms.
