I have a 2008 KR Crew Cab. I've got a pair of boxer pups and because our other vehicle is new, they can only ride in my truck. And because they are boxers, they can't ride in the bed (never known one that wasn't willing to occasionally jump). I've been looking at the hammock style covers that run between the front and back headrests. Has anyone used these?

My first question is width, since most are not designed with a full size truck in mind...any guidance on how wide you had to go to completely cover the seat edges?

My second question would just be expereinces, good or bad, on which materials wash up the best with the least hair and odor. I'm leaning towards avoiding the deluxe versions that have quilting/micro-fiber and sticking to a strong canvas but open to all suggestions.
