I have pulled and twisted the cigarette lighter socket and it won't come out. I thought maybe I could take out the pull-out drink holder to remove the cigarette lighter from the back but I can't get that out either. What part of the dash will allow me to get this socket out. There are two sockets. This is a 2002 F150.
