Best way to cover holes in dash

Well I made some holes in the big silver piece of the dashboard which I realize is a huge center piece to the dash and I can't really get it out. What do you guys recommend I do to cover the holes? Something not totally stupid either. Thanks.

If they are small, put a shotgun shell in for decoration. (Already shot, of course). I use them in my outlets for decoration. If they are big, you might want to get some work done by someone who is good with truck interiors. Stickers work too.
