shift *****

Does anyone have a solution to the oem rubber shifts ***** sliding off the sticks? Both my transfercase **** and transmission shift **** keep sliding off. Its worse in the summer because the rubber is softer.

Mine on my tranny doesn't coma off at all. If you want I can send you the lever here when I do my swap to a ZF6 in the next couple months. On the other hand my transfer case shifter has the same problem.

I know this is an old thread but in case you haven't found your solution, you can use a tap and dye set to cut threads onto your shift lever, and then you can use a threaded shift **** of your choice.
