I have a hole in my carpet a little smaller than a baseball and i was wondering if there is a way to patch carpet spots like that withou having to replace the whole carpet in the truck? any suggestions??

 

If you have a matching piece, then you need to pull the carpet back so that you can get to the underside of the hole. You will need some carpet (glue/patch stuff and an iron. They sell rolls of this at lowes, home depot. It's what carpet installers use to attach to pieces of carpet together at a seem. Use just heat it up and attach it like ironing a shirt.

Just make sure your piece of carpet is big enough so that you don't have any edges around your hole.
