I have an '07 SCAB that has developed a low rpm vibration on the driver's side top of dash. I think a broken piece of DVD might have accidentally fallen in there.

How do I remove the top driver's side dash cover?

 

Driver's lower dash piece - two screw at bottom (7 mm) and two snaps at top. You can just pop out the top, but risk bending/breaking the bottom.

Two screw for top dash are under the snaps of lower dash. Take those off and pop up. Take note of adjustable petal switch on the left hand side. I don't have that option, but the wiring harness is still there.
