Chicken Handle for Driver's Side

I have a question...I have a 99 Expy and it doesn't have the handle on the driver's side to help get into the truck or hold on to for reckless drivers!!!

I know the later models do but wondered if I can just get the trim piece and handle or what would be involved in installing this.

I tried to search but couldn't find anything...but I have been known to be blind LOL!

Thank!

Its for my mother in law. The wife wants her to drive the Expy sometimes if she is out with the kids and she struggles to get up into the truck. I agree on the steering wheel thing but you know?

I guess I will have to do some digging.

Man, you are asking me to think back ten years but, I seem to recall the holes were there in '99. I believe that was a Ford de-content for the next model year.
