Can F150 storage console be replaced with jump seat?

My husband has an 01 F150 super cab with tan leather seats in the front with a storage console in between. Is it possible to take out the storage console and replace it with a jumpseat (we have four kids)? I've seen one on eBay that's from an 06 F150 but I'm guessing that wouldn't fit.

And while I'm asking, the middle of the bench in the back just has a lap belt. Is there an add on to make it have a shoulder belt as well?

Thanks,
-Sue (in northern VA)

More info

I learned from a Ford guy that the 2001 didn't have a jumpseat, only either 60-40 or captains seats. Do now I wonder if I take out the storage console will a jumpseat from 2006 fit in the hole?

I'm not 100% sure about this but I'm guessing that you would have to install the brackets on the floor too. It would be very helpful if you could put a picture and measurements up.
