Im getting ready to buy a 06 or 07 F-150 and I need to take out the door panels to but some wiring in for my emergency fire lights...Does any know how to take them off with out doing any damage..

Try using the search feature. There are lots of threads on how to remove the 2004-2008 door panels.

 

As he said, do a search. There's a great thread will all the detail you need about removing 2004 - 2008 door panels. It's really easy to be honest. I don't know much about working on vehicles and I've taken mine off a few times.
