Seat swap..

Been real busy in the field lately...

But I am looking to swap my seats on my truck to 04 style and wondering what I would need to do to make that swap. I want 40/20/40 seats so I can have the jump seat so I can have my wife & son in the truck with me. Right now I have captain chairs with a center console. I am looking to swap out the console for a jump seat first. Would it fit or need mods? I can't find nothing in the search..

Even the 03 style? Is it a big deal? They look so much better. I see you swapped your front bumper. How much did that run?

What condition are your seats?

idk how big a deal it was but i when i met up with him it was enough for him to say something about it and i could see it fighting the door closing some.

mine are in mostly good condition especially for our yr, one minor spot where a seam is splitting (inch to inch and half long) but id be willing to add some cash on my end.

yea i really like this front end better. i got the bumper for 100 (searched for ever for a non chrome one) and the surround for 75 off ebay. spend another 50 on supplies to get the new surround painted the past two days (pics to come)

I think what Jake's offering you would be your best bet. I like how the '98's middle seat is flat and you can actually use it to sit on. When I had the split bench in my truck (03) the middle seat was pretty much unusable. It was raised in the middle and made anyone's knees hit the dash - even my 4'11" gf
