Worn armrest cover

I have an 07 supercrew with 85,000 miles with the split front bench seats and the tan cloth cover on the armrest lid is kind of tired and worn and dirty. Is there a good way to clean it up or is it easy to replace/recover it?

I replaced mine but it was an 09, it was easy. I covered it in black gator print pleather. Looks pretty cool and I live in Louisiana so its a conversation starter too.

Best option is to just replace it. Go look for upholstery that are eco-friendly and will last for at least 5 years. Monitor how it should be maintained so you can even extend its life.
