Another center console question:
Does anyone know if a 2001 Expedition center console will work between my buckets in my 1999 F-150 XLT. I found one that is in decent shape but another guy said i needed one from a 97-99 Expedition. My OEM console is the short and low one. It is actually a little lower than my arm rests which i hate!

 

Yeah it'll work but you'll have to leaf your arm rests folded up or take them off since it'll be the wide top. The expy consoles, both styles are as high as the arm rests, I agree, the stock one sucked, I love my 97 expy console, the leather lid is sweet too.

 

^2 if you have armrests on your seats, you will need the 97-99 console. Without arm rests you can go 00-02. After 02, the Expy consoles will not work.
