interior removal speed bump!

interior removal speed bump!
Hey guys,
I let someone borrow my truck yesterday while I was hunting and they sank my truck in a mud hole ( I believe to be intentional). Well other than electrical problems that I hope clear up when it all drys out, the interior is soaked so I am pulling all out to get the water out and dry it. Here is the speed bump, I have an 07 xl and the 4x4 shifter **** will not budge when I try and take it off. I searched on here to try and find my answer but I am kinda on a time crunch any Ideas on how to get this bad boy off? Any help would be welcome.
