Cleaning pleather grain?

I dont always have clean hands, and I have worked alot of crud into the grains on my steering wheel and driver's door. Is there something that will eat it or clean it without alot of hassle? I figured using a toothpick would take too long.

neither do I. It's that plastic that sort of has that fake leather look on the XLTs. just little "grains" or "veins" getting packed with crud.
