Had a squeaking

No rattle from there but my plastic wont seat right even the dealer cant make it seat right.
But what I had earlier was a squeaking from there and that turned out to be a loose wire bundle that was rubbing when hot and only when top Dealer took care of that under warranty

Are you positive that it doesn't come from the electrical module mounted on the kick panel just below that?

One other thought. I get a popping noise from right around there when there is a big temp change. If it's cold andI turn the heat/defroster on.

Is your EATC module working fine ? I had that clicking noise when it was on the fritz and as Bluejay mentioned its an electronic relay thats making the noise. I was able to fix it by just unhooking the EATC module thus resetting it and hooking it back up.

It's likely the blend door for the a/c unit. Mine has climate control but I have heard that it can be an issue with standard a/c controls as well.

Mine makes that noise up there after I installed a cowl hood. I think air pressure outside the cab influences the noise, as stupid as that sounds. :o Maybe it's coming from under the cowling or the wiper.

Turning up the radio makes the sound does make the sound disappear though.
