Kidproofing the interior...

There is no doubt in my mind that F150 owners are some of the most devoted of truck owners out there.

With that in mind I thought I would share how I am protecting the leather in my 06 FX4 from my evil children and their car seats.

I have 2 kids, the oldest of which is 3 and the younger is almost 2. Their seats can beat up the leather and leave impressions or even tear through over time so I did the following:

(All Items can be found at Walmart: Total cost about 25 bucks for 2 sets)

15x17x2 Foam Pad (Found in the fabric section)
Grey Bath towel (close match to the leather color)

I took the pad and wrapped it with the towl, the took the towel up over the backrest and tucked it behind. Below is a picture.




This also helped keep the seats from sliding on the leather a bit.
