smell removal?

Somehow, someone spilled beer all over my passenger seat. I've tried everything and it still smells like beer. Any tips?

I suggest taking it to a detailer, where they would use an extractor.

... don't drink and drive... then its not an issue...

have you tried a shampooer... like the ones you can rent?
How much beer was spilled? did it soak all the way through to the bottom of the seat? Is it in the carpet?

There was no drinking and driving. Someone brought in a 6 pack of beer and had forgotten one was already open. Said 6 pack fell over therefore beer was spilled all over the seat.

The smell has been completely removed. The new car smell is back.

Also, it was about 6oz of beer that spilled. All soaked into the passenger seat (cloth seats). It sat there for maybe 5 or 6 minutes as I rushed home at 2am to clean. I don't believe it soaked though but I did notice some under/behind the seat. Probably went though the seats. It was also all over the passenger door. luckily, having vinyl flooring was a huge plus. I used some strong upholstery cleaner about 6 times and wiped and washed the floor and door. Theres absolutely no hint or smell of beer at all. However, that's the last time anyone gets in my truck with a bagged six pack.
