painting interior?
what color should i go with. i want to paint just some parts of the dash and the doors. my truck is a dark blue. should i go with just plain black since my seats are leather.
this is what mine looked like before:

here is what it looks like now:

i hated the red and it was flaking off in spots so i decided i wanted to re paint it...i wanted the stock look but none of the paints i could find matched close enough for me so i decided to go black for now because i didnt want to spend the money to buy all new pieces. hope this helps you get an idea. let me know if you have any questions about it...it really was easy and took me like half a day to do (including dry time)

yes and no...yes you can do that....but no i didnt. i painted over the paint that was painted on the stock paint. so now i have a double layer above my stock color.

hey built54...just curious but on your dashboard next to your steering wheel it looks like you have some sort of switch with arrows pointing both directions...what is that for? and the paint looks good. the only think i would do different is the air vents IMO should be the same color...i think they stick out too much when they are different colors. But thats just my opinion. I like the color otherwise.
Most people paint their Interior pieces the same color as the exterior of the vehicle . Like my truck is white so thats what color I painted some interior pieces .
